Our fees include :
The complete investigation.
- The day before day laborer of the real advertisements.
- Prospection, canvassing on the ground (carries to door).
- Visits of the residences.
- Accounts made regular.
- Vidéos of the visited residences.
- The assistance during the negotiation and the follow-up to the act authenticates in the notary.
- 5% including all taxes of the final selling price (except expenses of notary).
- Division of the commission in the case or acquisition is done with the assistance of a professional.
